Callout service now available, (callout fee, $150 + gst);
A callout service is available (subject to our discretion), during weekends, public holidays, shutdown periods and after hours, for account customers, for a callout fee of $150 + gst + the cost of goods purchased, subject to logistics, stock & staff availability. This callout service entails one of our staff meeting you at our premises, and picking & packing your order for you. Our callout service doesn't include organising delivery to, or for you. For callouts where we attend our premises, but no goods are purchased for whatever reason, the $150 + gst callout fee will still apply.
